Richard and Coral Denny
Richard and Coral Denny received their appointment as missionaries to the Philippines in June 1974 and served there for ten years. In 1984 Denny accepted the pastorate of the First United Pentecostal Church of Seattle, Washington, and moved the church into new facilities. He was elected superintendent of the Washington District in 1991. He served on the General Board of the UPCI for six years in conjunction with his pastoral and district responsibilities. At its January 1997 meeting, the Foreign Missions Board recommended that Richard Denny be appointed the regional director for the Pacific Region. He and his wife now live in St. Peters, Missouri. As a regional director he divides his time between traveling in the Pacific, communicating with the North American church, and working at World Evangelism Center.
